Select the correct French response:
Whether you are taking the TGV across France or a regional train to a neighboring town, knowing how to buy a ticket at the *gare* (train station) is an essential skill. This roleplay helps you interact with a ticket clerk, specify your trip, and find the right platform.
In French, a one-way ticket is called "aller simple" and a round-trip ticket is "aller-retour". When you need to find where to board, ask for the platform using the word "le quai". Notice that the clerk says "Vous désirez ?", which is the most common way to say "Can I help you?" or "What would you like?" at a ticket counter.
